After 10 years in the fitness industry, I have seen how strength training has helped me recover from an injury, fall in love with feeling strong and confident & build back after having a baby. At the core of everything is training to be a stronger version of yourself, both physically and mentally

Jaspreet Minhas

I started following Mrinalini on Instagram when she was pregnant and seeing her working out throughout her pregnancy inspired me a lot. I was pretty clear that I want to stay active and stay in a healthy weight range during my pregnancy and I can’t thank Mrinalini enough for that. Planned workouts for strength training and core strengthening have worked amazingly for me. I used to look forward to our workouts. Having her as my prenatal coach and working out was the best thing I have done for my body both physically and mentally. she used to customise the workouts accordingly.  Apart from the workouts, she was just a phone call or message away to answer all my stupid questions or doubts. She’s got expertise and knowledge in the field of both pre and post natal. She has been a saviour. So to all the mommies to be and strong women out there please reach out to Mrinalini for your fitness goals. My antenatal journey was such a breeze all thanks to Mrinalini. Her energy radiates through her style of coaching somehow leaving me with more energy than I started each session with. 

During pregnancy, my session with her everyday was truly the highlight of my day. She is a highly compassionate professional, empowering her clients constantly with knowledge they would’ve otherwise never have known. What I loved most about her classes was how approachable and understanding she was. We would exchange stories and experiences through the session which made the connection and bond stronger every day. 

Mrinalini knows exactly what she’s doing and does her work with the passion to empower every pregnant woman with so much confidence and strength. I couldn’t have had such a beautiful and pleasant experience/recovery with the entire birth had I not spent my second and third trimesters showing up at Mrinalini’s classes everyday. Her focus on the core and breathwork is particularly commendable because I feel like not many trainers out there are able to keep that focus every single day. I wouldn’t have done my pregnancy any other way, thank you Mrinalini for doing what you do

​Mrinalini started as my fitness coach 17 months back. As someone who has never been focused on strength training in the past, I was able to gradually build body strength with Mrinalini’s workouts that were the perfect balance of pushing me while recognizing what I am capable of. I have noticed an enormous difference in energy level, strength, muscle tone, stamina and overall fitness by working out with her which has allowed me to be active with my family in everyday life. She also does a great job of designing workouts that consider weak spots and methodically work on strengthening without injury. It has been an absolute pleasure to have her as my coach and for the first time ever I look forward to rather than shy away from working out! -
